If you receive a damaged or defective item, we are here to help. However, it's critical to reach out to us within a specific time frame from the original ship date for us to be able to assist you effectively. In such cases, we can offer a replacement or a refund to your original form of payment. If the time has elapsed, we may be able to provide an in-store credit instead.
