How can I return an item?Updated a year ago

If you are not satisfied with a product and would like to return it for a full refund, we're happy to help. Returns must be initiated within [30 days] of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.


Return by mail

Reach out to our customer support team at [[email protected]] to initiate the return process with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. When received; print the shipping label and drop off your return at a [FedEx] location.


Note: You have two options for the return shipping:
1) You can either arrange or pay for the return shipping on your own
2) You can request a prepaid return label from us, and we will simply deduct the actual shipping fee from the amount to be refunded.


Either way, the return shipping cost is your responsibility. 


**If your item is damaged in any way it is not eligible for return - send us a photo of the item**


Refund process

Your refund will be credited to your original form of payment once we receive the item back (less any return shipping cost). Please note, this may not apply to final sale items, as they are sold as All Sales Final.


Non-Returnable items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, final sale, or other reasons. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.  Thank you for shopping with us!
