If your order has arrived damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item be sure to notify us within 30 days of the original ship date in order to be eligible for a refund.
Include photos of both the item and the packaging it came in — these are required for our team to be able to assist you. This also helps us understand what went wrong so we can prevent similar issues for you and other customers in the future.
