If you find that part of your order is missing or hasn't arrived, please check the shipping times and tracking number provided for your order. Some items may ship separately within 3-15 business days of the order date, and you should see movement on your tracking as the items are dispatched. In the event that you have concerns or notice that only a shipping label has been created with no further updates, contact customer service for further assistance on the status of your missing items.
