What happens if I am charged more than once for an order?Updated a year ago
If your account shows multiple charges for an order, first note that some charges may be ‘Pending’ on your bank statement. If this is the case, please wait to see if the charge clears or is removed.
If a duplicate charge appears on your statement:
- Please verify with your bank to ensure that the charge has indeed been posted and is not just a pending transaction.
- If a duplicate charge has been confirmed, reach out to our customer service with the details and a screenshot of the charges.
- We will look into the matter and ensure that any errors are corrected, including issuing a refund for any erroneous charge.
