My box and/or items arrived damaged. What should I do?Updated a year ago

We are SO sorry to hear you received a damaged or incomplete box! If your order has arrived damaged or your box is incomplete, be sure to notify us within 30 days of the original ship date in order to be eligible for a refund or replacement. Please include photos of both the item and the packaging it came in (be sure to save your box)! These are required for our team to be able to assist you.
